Taking Shape, Our Triangle is a partnership between the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison (CDA) and New Year Investments to redevelop the CDA Triangle sites: Brittingham Apartments, Gay Braxton Apartments, Karabis Apartments, and Parkside Highrise and Townhouses.
