  • The Triangle is a neighborhood near downtown Madison bounded by Regent Street, South Park Street and West Washington Avenue.

  • Brittingham, Gay Braxton, Karabis Apartments, and Parkside Highrise and Townhouses are the sites owned by the CDA. Bayview is a separate organization and is a neighbor of Taking Shape but is not a part of this redevelopment effort.

  • The bright buildings on the corner are part of the Triangle neighborhood, but they are not part of the Taking Shape redevelopment. Those buildings are owned and managed by the Bayview Foundation.

  • The master planning phase of the Taking Shape redevelopment has been completed and our Development Plan is available for review.

    The redevelopment of all 10 acres is expected to be completed over the next ten years.

    The construction of the first new building, building B1, is expected to begin in 2025.
