The Triangle is a neighborhood near downtown Madison bounded by Regent Street, South Park Street and West Washington Avenue.

Brittingham, Gay Braxton, Karabis Apartments, and Parkside Towers and Townhouses are the sites owned by the CDA. Bayview is a separate organization and is a neighbor of Taking Shape but is not a part of this redevelopment effort.

We are in the process of planning the project which is expected to be completed over the next ten years.

The project will happen in multiple building phases with the first phase expected to begin in late 2024 or 2025.
