The Community Development Authority Housing Operations Division administers 742 Public Housing units and 115 multifamily Housing units at 40 locations in the City of Madison for low-income families, people over the age of 50, and individuals with disabilities. In addition, the CDA administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program providing assistance to approximately 1,600 low-income households in the City of Madison.
